Try this quick routine during your breaks instead of inhaling your Kit Kat Bar.
▪Set an alarm every hour to stop what you’re doing and perform the routine
▪For all exercises perform a chin tuck to utilize your deep neck muscles
▪Put on your favourite song to move to
